When you register as a member or begin using this service, it signifies that you have read, understood, and agreed to accept all contents of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with the contents of these Terms, or if the country or region you belong to excludes all or part of these Terms, you should immediately stop using this service.
2. Investment Risks and Disclaimer (Important)
- Not Investment Advice: The information, data, charts, articles, and quantitative analysis results provided by the Platform are solely for academic research and personal reference purposes, and do not constitute any form of investment advice, offer to buy or sell, or inducement.
- Risk Assumption: Financial investment involves high risks, and past performance does not represent future profitability. Before making any investment decisions, you should conduct your own careful evaluation and bear your own profits and losses. The Platform is not responsible for the results of any investment decisions.

- You will immediately notify the Platform if your password or account is stolen or if any other security breach occurs.
- Ensure that you properly log out of your account at the end of each session.
4. Protection of Intellectual Property Rights
The software or programs used by the Platform, and all content on the website, including but not limited to works, pictures, files, information, materials, website architecture, arrangement of website screens, and web design, are legally owned by the Platform or other rights holders, including but not limited to trademark rights, patent rights, copyrights, trade secrets, and proprietary technologies.
Special Declaration: You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or use the premium content of this Platform (including but not limited to data charts, research reports, and quantitative indicators) to create competitive services. In case of any violation, the Platform will pursue corresponding legal liabilities according to the law.
5. Suspension or Interruption of Service
The Platform will maintain the normal operation of the system and services using generally reasonable technologies and methods. However, the Platform reserves the right to stop or interrupt the provision of this service under the following circumstances:
- When necessary maintenance and construction are carried out on the electronic communication equipment of the Platform's website.
- When sudden electronic communication equipment failure occurs.
- When the electronic communication service applied for by the Platform's website is suspended and the service cannot be provided.
- When the Platform's website cannot provide services due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters or other factors not attributable to the Platform.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The interpretation and application of these Terms of Service, as well as any disputes related to these Terms, shall be handled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), and the Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance jurisdiction.
